This was an interesting challenge because the client really wanted a site that wasn't copy-heavy. I decided focus on good photography and specific information while giving them simple bold headlines that made a strong statement. Another challenge was that during the build they acquired another property which changed the scope because they wanted to add to the site, but keep separate. We worked to "wall off" each property from one another while keeping the structure the same.
